"Room was clean and recently renovated"

"Breakfast room was not properly attended to"

"The stay was comfortable, as expected. Brian at the front desk was very helpful and assisted me in reserving the best room. However, housekeeping needs to be a little more vigilant. Some of the dishes were not properly cleaned and had been left dirty inside the dishwasher. Additionally, someone had cut a plastic bottle and left it inside the dressing cabinet in my son’s room, which unfortunately went unnoticed by housekeeping. Overall, we loved our stay. "This is the second time staying at this location and my family absolutely loved our mini vocation. We cooked meals, enjoyed peace and quiet of the lake. We are planning our stay for next yr for sure. The staff were so pleasant to talk to and met any of requests and answered any of questions with a friendly smile. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...

"Nice..clean room"

"nothing"

"If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid..."
