"Superb communication and absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in this self contained apartment. Close to shops and restaurants (closed at the moment but it looked like a nice area to go out in once things open up) would definitely stay again"

"Nos hospedamos apenas por uma noite mas adoramos.
O quarto é super espaçoso, silencioso, bem limpo. Vale ressaltar que não tem frigobar.
O hotel é bem organizado, tem café da manhã incluso e bem gostoso. Na frente tem restaurantes tambem (inclusiva uma churrascaria brasileira).
Tem estacionamento mas não é exatamente dentro do hotel. Para encontrar é só virar a proxima rua a esquerda passando a entrada do hotel e ja vai ter placa de "parking" sinalizando. Chega perto do portão com o carro e...

"It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. "Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans."

"Good communication prior to the stay and accommodation clean and presented nicely. Howver it was tiny and not like the pictures. No space at all outside, conservatory was too hot to sit in which was the only area with seats. The bed had no room to get out either side. Not as advertised"

"We were staying here because our bathroom is being renovated and will definitely stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable with a brilliant shower that I did not have to faff around with adjusting, just turned on and it was the perfect temperature.
The underfloor heating makes the room very warm although one can open the windows.
In kinder weather, there are chairs outside each of the rooms to sit on and enjoy a drink or smoke, and the pub...

"Ficamos no apartmento 2, que é enorme e tem vista para a rua. Tivemos a sorte de pegar 2 dias de neve e as enormes janelas permitiam apreciar a neve no comforto do quarto. Calefação muito boa, banho bom e café da manhã bom."

"The staff in the bar and at check in were super friendly and helpful.
The room was really lovely. Roomy, comfortable, good size tv and large en-suite bathroom. Quiet, warm and lovely biscuits in the room.
Best of all the mattress was soooooo comfortable.
We had lunch in the bar which was yummy too.
Would highly recommend staying and eating at The Tawny Owl. "
