"The only things that would have made our stay better were air conditioning in lobby and public areas. Also having a refrigerator in our room would have been great."

"Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff is friendly. Hotel is beautiful. Perfectly located"

"Everyone was very kind and helpful, gave extra waters and towels. I feel ill one night and I went to the front desk and the receptionist helped me and got a taxi, and I was able to get to urgent care for some tummy issues. The next day she asked how I was doing. The bedrooms were extremely clean and I was impressed with the cleanliness because I’m usually very aware of that close to everything, super beautiful romantic little downtown center Machado. "Beautiful historic property in the heart of downtown. The grounds keeper Fabiola was wonderful."

"Super cute boutique hotel. It is very simple but clean. The staff was wonderful. It’s in close walking distance to the historic center. It is far from the tourist side so keep that in mind but we preferred it that way. My husband and I loved staying there for 4 nights."

"Location was suburb, staff very friendly. Would stay again for sure."
