"Judy, the host, was so wonderful and hospitable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It is in a prime location. Very walkable. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and shops within walking distance. "

"Amazing location, looking over the lighthouse and harbour. The owner is fantastic and very helpful. Parking in the area can be tricky; Talos square is often full so you need to park on the street. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and filling. I highly recommend."

"We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....
"Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...
"Giorgos was a great host and made our stay amazing! He was very responsive and checked in with us via message throughout our stay! The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! The place was very clean and was exactly as advertised! I would definitely stay here again :) "

"Amazing property and lovely owner. The aircon wasn’t working properly the first night so we told him in the morning and it was fixed by the time we came back from our day at the beach, plus he had given us a fan! Incredible service. Apartment is gorgeous and the view is great. Location in Chania could not be better with loads of restaurants, bars and shops on our doorstep but very little noise heard inside. "

"Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited"
"Amazing place to stay with clean modern rooms that leave you surprised of how nice they were. Extremely kind and supportive people involved in this facility. Also a prime location for everything in Old Town Chania as well as close to the main bus station in which you can travel to many parts of the island."

"We had a great experience at this hotel.
The location is excellent — just a short walk from Chania’s charming Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the amenities are high quality. One of the highlights was the pool area facing the sunset, and the jacuzzi overlooking the sea is simply amazing.
Breakfast had a good variety, and the orange pie was absolutely delicious — we just wish it had been available more than once! The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have made the experience perfect.
Still, we would definitely stay here again!"
