Helped us when we couldn’t find self parking, so nice, happy and smiling every time we passed him, always asking if we needed any help w anything during our stay! Always amazing!"

"Everything was awesome. The lady working there was beyond polite and helpful. The city had some construction going on but did not negatively impact our visit at all. They kept us up to date on everything and it’s fully out of their control if it had. We did leave early Incase the winter storm got worse but over all 100% happy with the visit and how easy the walk to everything was. "The staff was excellent and the location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel. "
