At the same time it’s close to the railway station, it’s better than the Ibis Railway Station (another hotel in Kyiv) because it’s close to points such as the beautiful St Volodomyr’s Church, right in the Taras Schevchenko Boulevard and near the park of same name. "I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."
