"Overall Radisson Residence is a very convenient option for family stay. Rooms are well equipped, staff is competent and friendly, very responsive. Overall cleanness is good. Something to improve: In our room we had shower system and drainage issues ( partly resolved after hotel tech visit). I requested quiet room ( travelled with elderly parents on medical visit) but the room was in front of staff storage room, overlooking the heavy traffic highway, plus the heating and conditioning system...
