"Deniz is such a genuinely kind and wonderful person who went well out of her way to make sure we had a great visit. It was a treat staying with her, just like staying in the home of a beloved relative. Her home is very clean, quiet, comfortable, and lovingly maintained. "Das Hotel hat aufgrund seiner Geschichte einen ausgezeichneten Ruf. Wir haben bereits mehrfach hier übernachtet. Die Aussicht am Abend ist wirklich beeindruckend. Leider wurde unser Gepäck nicht entgegengenommen, und die Zimmer waren ziemlich staubig. Während des Ramadan wurde jedoch immer ein schönes Sahur-Teller vorbereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel bleibt es eines der besten Hotels in der Gegend."

"Gerçekten mükemmel bi yerdi. Kars’ın merkezinde bir yer. Eski bir konak sonradan otel yapılmış. O kadar yardımsever insanlar çalışıyor ki. Sabah erken yola çıkmamız gerekiyor diye bize erken kahvaltı hazırladılar. Yardımcı oldular. Sürekli güler yüz. O kadar rahat bir uyku çektim ki. Derenin sesi, kuş sesi… bir daha kars’a yolum düşer mi bilmiyorum ama düşerse asla başka yerde kalmam. Odalar tertemiz, eşyalar yeni, sıcacık oda. 10/10 tavsiye ediyorum. Bize pişi hazırlayan ablaya, resepsiyondaki...

The location is not bad, about 15minutes walk to the castle and less than 5 mins to the main street where you can find lot of shops and food. "Tesis fotoğraflarda gösterildiği kadar yeni ve konforlu değil. Odalar sigara kokuyor. Havlular eski. Banyoda su az akıyor. Sabah 10:00’a kadar olan kahvaltıyı 09:40 restoranda olmamıza rağmen toplanmış bulduk. Bize tabak ile kahvaltı servisi yapıldı. Sezon ortası bina içinde ve dışında tadilat yapılması otelin ne kadar kötü yönetildiğinin göstergesi. Zaten 1 ay sonra sezon kapanmasından dolayı misafir sayısı minimuma inecektir. Şehir merkezinin de dışında olması hizmet, konfor, hijyen...
