"It’s located right at the heart of electronic markets, the best being right next to it. Metro station and hotel entry face each other and the view from my room window was awesome. Highly recommended."

"Good location"

"Super recomendo! Ótimo hotel"

"The buttler chief wellcome and service made our experience incredible . Always available with impecable smile and attention. This make the luxury experience even better"

"Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean. The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting."

"quartos e camas sujas. Havia cabelo no banheiro. No check in não achavam minha reserva, acharam o nome de outra pessoa e iam me dar o quarto mas eu avisei que não era para mim, que haviam me dado diárias a mais. Demoraram mais ate encontrarem a reserva. "

"Yuki at reception and Henry were extremely helpful Getting what we need"

"Great housekeeping and staff helpful"
