"A beautiful Japanese house in picturesque countryside on the road around Sun Moon Lake. The room is a delight and tea very zen. Dinner in a traditional courtyard house was superb. "
"This was a very cute cat themed B&B. When we were there they had 7 cats! the cats were all very friendly and we did not notice any smells or problems with them.
The morning food was delicious.
The area is safe but if walking from the bus stop along the main road you'll need to be careful when you have all of your luggage as the street vendors can take up the entire sidewalk and the road can be somewhat busy.
The local restaurants close somewhat early so plan on going to dinner by 5 to have more...
"The B&B is centrally located and the staff is helpful. I like the spacious and modern room. Very clean and comfortable. The sound-proofing is good too. And the homemade breakfast was the best I have eaten during my holiday. "

"The front desk and welcome room decoration are so beautiful that you want to stay there forever. The room has big bathtub. The bed is comfortable. The hotel prepared take away breakfast for me since I need to leave in the early morning."
"Great stay, our room has a balcony overlooking the lake that was stunning. It's about 15 minutes to walk to the bus station or pier area where the dining options are. The room was large and bed and shower were great. The family that runs the place are very nice even picked us and and took us back to the bus station. At night it's very peaceful and tucked away from the crowds. Highly recommend this property."
