"I know itâs hard to have somebody there overnight over the night but sometimes people need assistance and they canât get in the door because they canât remember all these things and because we donât have Wi-Fi until we get there. Itâs a bit hard but I did love the hotel everything about it was great."
"Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite nÀrmare. Vil5 har ett utmÀrkt lÀge i gamla stan nÀra till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen pÄ berget. VIL5 Àr obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvÀrs över gatan, dÀr sker Àven incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rÀtt sÄ standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades pÄ takvÄningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...

"We absolutely LOVED our stay. After reading the reviews we decided to have the breakfast buffet which lived up to the expectations, it was delicious! We spent the day at the rooftop pool which had a lovely energy about it - very relaxed, with nice music and the regular ringing bella from the local churches. The bar staff were lovely and accommodating and the food and drinks were lovely!
