"Our stay on the property was amazing. The house was lovely, had tons of natural light and wonderfully decorated. We loved walking the trail and going through the library. We stayed in mid-May & the weather was moody, thankfully there were fun puzzles and games to occupy those rainy portions of the day. There was plenty of space available for storing luggage. The mattress in the master bedroom was firmer that what we are used to but wasn't uncomfortable. The experience overall is quite memorable,...

"I rented this house recently with a group of 9 girls. When we arrived our group was over-the-moon with the location, quality, and personality of the home! Just touring the home when we first arrived was an adventure itself. With its multitude of rooms, games, and amenities we were fully prepared for a fantastic weekend! The owners were also very helpful and easy to contact with any questions we had! 100/10 would recommend this house as your next place to stay!"

"This property did not disappoint. Every morning we met on the 2nd floor wrap around porch for coffee with binoculars and were dazzled by bird calls from warblers and vireo. During the days, we took short drives to Gov. Dodge, House, Tallesin, and the Wisconsin River towns. Every evening we gathered on the lower porch for a fire ring with drinks and dinner. Enough room on both levels for different activities including streaming entertainment and meditation. Groceries close by and some restaurants...

"My partner and I spent a long weekend here and completely enjoyed ourselves. The house is serene and perfectly tidy. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch watching birds on the water. This property is also a great home base for exploring other interesting towns in the area: Boscobel, Viroqua, Spring Green, etc. We will definitely be back!"
