This charming, two-storey Robinson house with three bedrooms offers space for up to eight people and is located in one of the rarely quiet bays in the northwest of the island of Žut - directly on the sea and in immediate proximity to the entrance of the Kornati National Park. Here you can expect a perfect combination of a nature-oriented retreat and good accessibility to supply options within walking distance.



The holiday home impresses with its direct location on the water with an unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding island landscape. The large, covered terrace with a barbecue area invites you to spend relaxed hours outdoors - whether for breakfast, reading, or enjoying sunsets.



Inside, a functional, lovingly furnished accommodation awaits you with running water, solar-powered electricity (220V), and a gas-operated stove. The open living and dining area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and comfortable seating. In the living area, an additional bed for an eighth person can be set up upon request.



The sleeping rooms are distributed across two floors: A twin room is located on the ground floor, on the upper floor you will find another twin room as well as a three-bed room - both with direct access to the balcony and magnificent sea view. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.



The bay itself is one of the quieter ones in the Kornati Archipelago, as no restaurants directly border the shore and boats anchor at a safe distance. Nevertheless, you can reach a small harbour with shopping opportunities and restaurants within a few minutes' walk - ideal for day trips or spontaneous errands.



A free parking space for multiple vehicles is available on the mainland (Murter Island). The transfer to the accommodation is done by boat by the host. This service is chargeable and must be arranged in advance. The current price for this is 200 euros one-way (round trip). Upon arrival, your hosts will welcome you with a welcome drink.



Please note that currently neither internet access nor a rental boat are available.
