Sunlight fills the area throughout the day, making it perfect for soaking up the warmth or swaying in the hammock under a custom-built awning. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at the charming alfresco dining table or grilling, every moment feels effortless and special. Just a few steps away, the hot tub and shimmering pebble pool offer the perfect escape, surrounded by lush exotic trees and vibrant plants that bring a touch of natural serenity to this estate.

PARKING DETAILS: The property offers ample of parking space, including a large driveway and a huge garage. Additionally, RV parking is available upon request ( Require's in advance approval from the host).

KITCHEN: Kitchen combines timeless elegance with modern convenience. Featuring original cherry wood cabinetry and fully stocked with high-end stainless-steel appliances, it’s ready for every cooking adventure. The double-door fridge includes an ice and water filter, while the five-burner stove offers ample space for preparing meals with ease. A dedicated wine fridge keeps beverages at the perfect temperature, and the kitchen is equipped with essentials like an air fryer, rice cooker, tea kettle, coffeemakers, and a blender. Thoughtfully stocked with spices.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING SUPPLIES: The washer and Dryer is located in house and is available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning supplies & equipment are also available.

Guests have access to the pool, hot tub, koi pond, and all recreational facilities. Please note, the owner’s personal items are stored in a utility closet and an outdoor shed, which are not available for guest use.

PROPANE TANK: We provide Propane tank, if tank is empty, we will be happy to reimburse you for the propane gas refill with copy of receipt.

Check-In: 4:00 PM and Check-Out: 11:00 AM:
If you’d like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, feel free to reach out to us in advance; we’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible!

PET POLICY: For the comfort and safety of all guests, your pets are not permitted on the property.

KOI /GOLD FISHPOND: Our koi and goldfish are cherished pets, and we kindly ask that guests do not feed, touch, or disturb them. Please refrain from throwing any food or items into the pond at any time. Your care and respect mean a lot to us.

EV CHARGING POLICY: Complimentary charging is available for one EV per stay for registered guests, excluding checkout day. Additional vehicles can be charged for $50 per day, with prior arrangement. Usage is monitored via CCTV.

LONGER STAYS: We offer special discounts for longer-term rental. Please contact the host to confirm availability and discuss your dates. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and a pool/spa waiver electronically prior to check-in.
