2025 Notice: The owners of Surf Master 110 have recently installed a new refrigerator and hot water heater, and added fresh paint throughout the foyer, dining room, and living room.

Surf Master by the Sea 110 is a two-bedroom, two-bath first-floor oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven, and also an oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Other amenities include three color TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus one sofa bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts allowed. Maximum occupancy: 7

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ok other than the construction nearby unit 110. We didn't appreciate the noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent quality time at Surf Master with our grandchildren of which we certainly enjoyed. Very nice condo, everything perfect there. Weather was super and looking for to another trip next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not rent this place. The sofa, chair, ottoman are so filthy, old, ripped, covered with stains. I had to put sheets over then before I would even sit on these. The shower curtain had dirt and grime all over the bottom edge; the bathtub mat was black with dirt. The patio floor was so dirty you had to wear shoes when you went outside or the soles of your feet would be black from dirt. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, yellow and falling down. The rugs in the place were grossly dirty. The towel bars were broken. The commode ran all the time unless you worked on the plumbing.
