This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full-sized dishwasher and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, as well as a full-size washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Roku TV, cable, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and one king, plus one queen sofa bed. Common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, restaurant and lounge, covered parking, three elevators, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
