Pop’s Place is a seven-bedroom, five-bath channel front home located 3.3 miles south of Garden City Pier in Inlet Harbour. This premier home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a range-top oven, dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators (one downstairs), one ice maker, and a chest freezer. Other indoor amenities include two large living areas, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Nine flat screen TVs, two DVD players, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include five king (three up, two down), one queen (up), one double-over-double bunk bed set, and one twin with a trundle (both down). Three bathrooms are up, and two are down. Pop’s Place also features two front porches (one covered, one screened-in), an inlet-front Carolina room and porch, as well as a Foosball table. Outdoor amenities include an inlet-front gazebo, private 32-by-15-foot heated swimming pool (3-to-5-foot deep, heated from Labor Day to Memorial Day when air temps are above 55°), outdoor showers with hot and cold running water, sink and toilet, private floating and stationary boat docks, and a spacious yard for play. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
