Welcome to Palmettos & Sunshine — a guest-favorite, 3,600 SF oceanfront beach house in Garden City Beach, thoughtfully designed by renowned architect G.M. (Skip) Wallace, Jr. The homeowners continually enhance this coastal retreat with new features and thoughtful updates, creating a stay guests return to year after year.

Wake up to panoramic Atlantic Ocean views, sip coffee on expansive covered oceanfront porches, and unwind as the sun sets over your private pool, wading pool, and complimentary hot tub. Inside, the bright open-concept layout offers two spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and plenty of room for families and groups to relax, cook, and gather comfortably.

With an elevator, fenced yard, pet-friendly accommodations, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, Palmettos & Sunshine delivers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and laid-back coastal charm—making it one of Garden City Beach’s most loved oceanfront vacation homes.

PRIVATE POOL (10 x 20) and WADING POOL (10 x 10)
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $350 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.

• No Smoking - Palmettos & Sunshine is a 100% smoke-free property, indoors and outdoors. “Smoking” includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping/e-cigarettes, and marijuana. Evidence of smoking— including odor, ash, or debris—constitutes a violation. A $1,000 fine will be charged, and the Guest is responsible for any additional cleaning, odor remediation, or damage costs.
