Welcome to Miss Independence, a spacious 9-bedroom oceanfront retreat designed for unforgettable vacations with family and friends. Located just 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier, this impressive home offers seven king suites, two queen bunk rooms, multiple gathering spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Spend your days enjoying direct beach access, the private pool and spa, or relaxing on the oceanfront decks. When it’s time to head inside, the fun continues with a theater room, arcade games, air hockey, multiple wet bars, a second family room, and more. With an elevator, three laundry areas, generous bedroom and bathroom accommodations, and a location convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, Miss Independence makes large-group beach vacations feel easy.

PRIVATE POOL
Open year-round. Seasonal pool heating is available during the spring and fall months (April 1–May 31 and September 1–October 31) for an additional $650 + tax per week. Pool heat is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before requesting pool heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year-round. Because it is open-air, heating is most effective when temperatures remain consistently above 60°F, day and night.
