WINTER RENTALS $60 NIGHTLY WITH A 30 NIGHT MINIMUM FROM JANUARY 1nd THROUGH MARCH 31st. 2 people. Upstairs only. Message owner regarding rules for winter rentals before instant booking.

This beautiful Carolina beach Home sleeps 12 people. (All pricing is based on 14 people per rental. The home includes 5BR,4.5 BA, an expansive patio, recreation room, and off street parking for 5 cars. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a 'beachy' decor to provide the renter with an instant feel for a beach vacation atmosphere. The downstairs bathroom has a low step, walk-in shower with detachable showerhead, hand bar and seat for those who need extra support when showering due to a mobility restriction.

PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE11

THERE IS A NO MOTORCYCLES POLICY!

We include thoughtful amenities such as golf carts (2), bicycles (7), a recreation room with a 42"tv, ping pong, and shuffleboard. Beach towels (14), beach chairs (8) , and beach games and boogie boards are also included.

CANCELLATION POLICY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. AFTER THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN RE-BOOKED AFTER YOUR CANCELLATION. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

Other on-site amenities include a fitness area, golf (par 3, 18 hole course, driving range & practice area), basketball and shuffleboard.

A short ride to the beach in golf carts from within the community brings you to a private parking area at the beach. Once there you can enjoy the beach and dine at the Conch Restaurant. The Conch Restaurant is located on the beach and includes an outdoor dining deck with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The Conch and the parking lot have standard bathroom facilities with wash sinks.

The beach is not the only amazing vacation experience you can enjoy from renting our home. The golfing courses within a 20 minute drive are some of the best in the Myrtle beach area. The surrounding Myrtle Beach area contains over 100 golf courses of all price ranges within a 45 minute drive.

If golf is not your interest or you want to experience the combination of fine and casual dining, recreational water activities, or sport fishing then Murrells Inlet is a short 15 minute drive away to the south. I strongly urge you to visit this area.

Just a 15 min drive to the north is Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common. Broadway at the beach is a family focused area with shops, restaurants, and a small amusement park. Market common has a bowling alley, movie theatre, restaurants and brew pubs, and many shops with unique beach fashions. This and other areas within a 20 minute driving radius includes opportunities for waterparks, outlet shopping, casual dining, night clubs, and live entertainment shows.

Family vacation

Very nice house and plenty of room for 13 people. The golf carts were a great addition and made beach days much easier. Loved the neighborhood pool and kiddie area as well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Annual family vacation

Enjoyed everything about this property. Lots of room, clean, beautiful, fully stocked kitchens, two golf carts, bikes and everything you needed was provided! All we had to bring were our clothes and bathing suits! We have been staying at Oceanside Village for several years now, love the community itself and this home did not disappoint!

Very attentive owner

The owner of the home was very responsive and replied fast every time we had a question. He was excellent at being attentive and easy to work with. We had trouble getting in the lower door and he helped get us in right away. The house had a nice ping pong and shuffleboard table which was helpful with the rain we experienced our week. Plenty of space for our party of 9, good size house.

Fabulous house

This is a well kept spacious house close to the beach in a gated community. An unusual bonus was the availability of two electric golf carts and seven bicycles. The teenagers had more fun cruising around in the golf carts than anything. And after three years consecutively of renting other places that claimed to have a ping-pong table, this house actually has one! The only complaints I made that have are the exorbitant price of the fitness club; and the ocean was pretty rough while we were there. But overall we were delighted with this house.

Summer vacation

We really enjoyed this property and the amenities offered. It came with access to two golf carts which provided easy access to the beach and the pool. Beach chairs and beach towels were available. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was stocked, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to. We enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs. Communication with Tony was exceptional. His information packets were very helpful. He readily answered all of our questions and gave suggestions of things to do in the area as well as restaurants to try. You can tell he takes care of his property and wants his guests to enjoy their time there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was amazing and came with everything you could need; tons of space, games to play with the family, bikes, golf carts, and grill. The only obstacle we found was not everything was included(you have to buy a beach pass, tennis court pass, fitness center pass if you want to use those amenities). Outside of that, you are minutes to anything you'd like to do. The owner is readily available to answer questions. I would definitely rent this property again.

Family/friend summer vacation

The place was very clean and had nice amenities like the 2 golf carts and bikes to ride. We enjoyed the beach chairs and towels provided so we did not have to pack them . The bedrooms were nice . For our teenagers the bunk bed room was a little small so probably more for smaller children. Oceanside is a nice family neighborhood

Great place for multi family

We had three families of friends, all with teenage boys. The game room in the garage is a perfect hangout space. All families had great sleeping spaces (king beds in 3 rooms!), so could retreat for quiet times but also plenty of spaces to congregate and enjoy each others company. Tony is a very conscientious host. We would definitely stay there again. The house is top notch!

Great property but

Great property with plenty of space for our family group of ten, but the beds on the main level are in need of replacement. We found provided the towels and linens lacking on quality and quantity. The included golf carts are a big plus and necessary for the distance to the beach. Parking is a bit limited at the gated community beach parking lot. The location is convenient to plenty of options for eating and supplies. The house is located in a very nice part of the community.

Staying in the penthouse

I have only the most excellent superlatives for our week at Tony Roncase's home on Georges Bay in Oceanside Village. The home is beautiful, well maintained, AND spacious (we had 3 adult families, including 5 children under the age of 11)! The amenities were as advertised. If I had any questions/concerns, Tony was quick to respond and "handle" my concerns. I'm not sure how one could find a better place to stay in South Carolina!

Excellent and loved stay

We loved our stay! We’ve stayed numerous times in this housing community and we love every visit we have. Ron’s house was immaculate and exactly what we expected. We had 9 folks with us and we had lots of room to spread out! Every bedroom as nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchens were both well stocked. We absolutely loved the shuffleboard and ping-pong tables in the garage! We spent lots of time enjoying the recreation room since the weather was rainy for most of our stay. We highly recommend this property. We hope to return in the fall. Ron did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the booking process and during our stay. Everything surrounding our stay was superb! Thanks so much, Ton!

We made the right choice

We booked this property last minute and we were not disappointed. The house was loaded with great amenities including golf carts that we were able to drive right to the beach. Outstanding vacation!

My family of 11 had a great vacation while staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The golf carts and location to the beach was very convenient and prevented us from having the hassle of loading up cars and finding parking. The home was very comfortable with each family having their own space and beds. I highly recommend this property and the host was very responsive throughout our time there. We look forward to our next vacation!

Great location

The property is well maintained and beautiful. Back patio overlooks water and is very peaceful. We enjoyed coffee every morning. 2 sets of washers and dryers which is a huge plus when you have a large family staying. My 86 year old mother loved the bottom level and riding the golf carts. My teenagers loved the beach and the Conch Cafe'. Highly recommend this property.
