Welcome to Sea Master Unit 314! What better way to start your day than sitting on the balcony with your coffee in hand while enjoying the most extraordinary sunrise! You are on vacation!!
Two listing #'s to choose from, 1221624 and 1261772, offer this same amazing view. (Requires navigating 5 steps to access units after exiting elevator).

When you are done taking in that gorgeous view from the balcony, grab your chair and head down to the pool or beach directly below you! No need to pack up the car and/or wait for the whole family to be ready to go. Go on down and everything you need is right there! Those who wish to sleep in can join you later on. They'll know where to find you! Our 3 bedroom, 3 full-bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor of this 4-story property. It sleeps 6 comfortably, and offers the convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit as well.
Sea Master is located in the Garden City section of Myrtle Beach and is just 4 miles from the Murrells Inlet area which is host to Brookgreen Gardens, and many wonderful restaurants offering nightly entertainment. It's also a fabulous spot to rent jet skis, take a spin on a banana boat, and sign up for fishing, snorkeling or parasailing. Sea Master is also conveniently located close to the Broadway on the Beach area offering some great restaurant choices as well as having terrific shopping and entertainment for the entire family.
Also in close proximity is Broadway Grand Prix, Myrtle Waves Waterpark, Coastal Grand Mall, some of the best golf courses in the US, and even some fun miniature golf courses.

Great Location

This property has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. We enjoyed being ocean-front for the view, as well as the short walk to the beach. Having a pool was an added bonus. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with washer & dryer, provided everything we needed. It is located in a nice quiet area, yet close to Broadway at the Beach, the Marshwalk, etc. Valerie provided all the info we needed re: checking in & out in a clear concise manner. She was also easy to get in touch with & responded quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely rent it again.

The Sea Masters condo was at an excellent location. The condo was clean, except the bedroom with the queen bed. That room was as though it was overlooked when cleaners were there. We had to take the sheets off the bed and wash them. The floor had some kind of gunk on it. Other than that, we were satisfied.

Fantastic family spot

We loved it! Location was clean, cozy and convenient. We will definitely stay again! Just a tip! Bring your own bath towels and WiFi hot spot-especially if you’re traveling with teens.

A nice property in a great location

We were in town for a memorial service…six adults for three nights. I was a little concerned we might feel cramped but this was not the case. We had a very nice, comfortable stay! The condo is in a great location…easy to get to area attractions by car and restaurants within walking distance, too.

Another great vacation!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this condo. As always very satisfied with our stay. Had a minor issue at check in but I contacted our host Valerie and she took care of it immediately. Couldn’t ask for a better host to interact with if there is a problem. We love the location as it is very family oriented! We will definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful. The owner was very nice to work with. The property had everything in the kitchen anyone would need. The beach view was fantastic, watched the sun rise several mornings, some even from the bed in the master bedroom! I would recommend it to anyone unless you are handicapped and can’t do stairs. Our only problem was after you went up the elevator to the 3rd floor, there were 5steps to get to the unit, I use a walker and getting up and down the steps was difficult every time we came and went.

Great stay and outstanding view

This place is centrally located near Myrtle Beach but not so close to deal with the crazy crowds. “Just right” of a setting. The view was excellent and the condo plenty spacious for our group of 5 people - 2 adults and 3 teens. Apartment was in good working order and the property manager was likely the most responsive of any I’ve ever dealt with. She even was prepared to help us through a family medical emergency that happened during our stay. Top notch. The only minus was that the balcony was recently redone and has only bare wood exposed, no outdoor carpeting yet and we needed to wear sandals to avoid splinters. It also had a slope to it and given the high bar-style chairs on the balcony, it was not very safe for those not paying attention. I would not recommend those chairs or balcony for small children or elderly. Very very nice place overall and highly recommended.

Little getaway

Well kept condo right on the water and what really helped was there was a bathroom for each room. That was a big plus on getting everybody out on time for dinner or coming back in from the beach. Garden City/Surfside Beach is fairly quiet and slow paced compared to Myrtle Beach which works for us.

Week long Family vacation

Property exceeded expectations and we had a fabulous time. This is just personal preference but we had two adults staying originally and two more as add on which I felt was a bit much for the space. Again, preference. Would highly recommend this property.

Birthdays at the beach #314

Beautifully decorated, spacious condo, exactly as shown in the pictures. Kitchen has everything thing one would need from super nice dishes and appliances to beautiful furniture throughout the condo. Each bedroom had its private bathroom! It's obvious that the owners go above and beyond to ensure their guest have a wonderful experience. Loved the pool and that the ocean is so close! 2 things my family personally wished for, none of which the owners control, would be to have a hot tub and the pool to be open past 10pm. Parking was a hassle with only two cars per rental, if you have three family members that are meeting and have to drive separately. The security person, Rebecca, was super nice and did a great job ensuring everyones safety! One thing to note, that I may have missed in the listing is that there are 6 steps that you have to access to get into the condo. Makes it difficult for anyone with back or knee issues, but we made it work. No problem otherwise as they are wide and not steep. Valerie made sure that we were able to use them when we arrived, once she realized that I didn't note this.In addition, the super easy check in/out process and great communication from the owner, makes this a truly wonderful place for a vacation!

Excellent Rental

We were so please with our stay. Everything was perfect from the unit, communication with Valerie, location and ease of checking in/out. Loved getting up and enjoying our coffee and watching the sunrise from the balcony. Everything you would need was at your fingertips. Would definitely stay here again!!

Unit was furnished well. The view is great. The pool is nice. The beach is very clean and the kids loved the waves. We walked to the pier , with stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was very good with any questions and problems we had.

We only had 1 issue with a leak from upstairs in 1 of the bathrooms. (Which I believe was caused by the upstairs tenant.) But overall everything was great. The owner, Valerie was very pleasant to deal with.
