Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy the Fall stay. The view from 317 is amazing. The placement of this unit makes for a quiet stay. Much appreciated the new mattresses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Beach House 317 the week of 3/28 and had a very nice time. The unit is decorated beautifully and well maintained. This is the third time we have stayed at Beach House and this unit was our favorite to date.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looks great in the pictures online however alot of the amenities were not working properly TV in bedroom no signal,closet door in masterbedroom would not close,could not see out of windows due to condensation between glass ,electrical issues

Reviewer Comments: great location, very quiet (with exception of some kids nearby firing off firecrackers the last night- not in condos but somewhere on beach). Would definitely come here again, as this place met all our needs.

However, the master suites air isn't the best. I was very hot. Other than that, it was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view, convenience and kitchen were very nice. There were, what we thought were roaches on the deck outside, and some in the kitchen. The property was clean but the master bath needs work around and inside the shower. The air conditioning was not cooling the master bedroom and we were having to sleep in the spare twin bedroom just to get comfortable enough to sleep the entire week. The master bedroom door leading to the deck would not open. The outside deck was slanted feeling not so safe. As much as we loved the view and the location, I think we will choose a different condo next year. As far as the staff with the Garden City Realty, they were very kind and helpful.

The location to the beach, pool and peir were great. The condo was completely updated and beautiful. Looking forward to making this our "home away from home" for years to come! Also - BONUS - the washer/dryer is IN the unit; not coin-op as it is listed on the website!!!

Traffic in March is nonexsistent . All guests at that time of the year are friendly and welcoming.
