Great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location, nice building but needs some maintenance. The common deck was never swept, we did it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love SC and love that area. The beach was beautiful and did not disappoint. The property needs work. It smells damp and needs serious updating. The overall condition of the property was fair.

Beach House visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine, but the other people staying were very unusual. There was a group of about 12 men (very professional looking .....50 - 70 age)...staying here too. They set up their "sound system" early every morning (running a drop cord from 3rd floor) and enjoyed their music ALL day. They all occupied the complete pool area. As the day went on....their beverages seemed to make them even louder. Also, cigarette smoke could be smelled in our condo....almost "through the walls". We thought these were non smoking units. is surprising how many people travel with their pets. Again, we thought no pets were allowed. We have stayed at Beach House many times over the years as our own children have grown.....this probably was our last visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden City Realty is wonderful to work with. I was very undecided and they were great at helping me find a rental! Answered all of my questions. Overall condo was clean. Outlets could use some maintenance. Many very loose. As pictured.

Great Vacaton love Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was nice, but having carpet in any unit near the beach is a problem. The one reason we love beach house 109 is it has hardwood floors. It does not stink at all and you can just sweep up with a broom. The carpet did not smell as bad as others units in Garden City. I will only rent units without carpet from know on. Over all it is nice to stay right on the beach and the building was quiet and the pool is nice. We love the location of beach house and Garden City. We love the Hot Fish Club best food in Garden city. Also the Porch needs a table and High back Chairs so you can see over the rail.
