The heart of the home is a fully updated kitchen and living area, featuring new appliances, custom lighting, and ample seating for gathering. A new custom bar and mini-fridge make entertaining effortless and fun.



Every corner is designed with both style and function in mind. For those who can’t fully unplug, a stand-up desk, dedicated office space, and high-speed internet provide a seamless balance between work and leisure. A brand-new washer and dryer make longer stays convenient and worry-free.



Parking is never a concern with a private garage for up to four standard vehicles plus additional driveway space for two vehicles. Best of all, you can leave the car behind—The Garden Party offers unmatched walkability to the beach, marina, and local dining. BBQ grill, firepit or open flame are not allowed at this property per HOA rules

The guests will have access to the entire space privately.

We had a great stay enjoying family time. The place was very clean and a great location. The owner communicated the rules often and there were several. I would suggest adding a few “extras” like salt and pepper, dish towels and hot pads, basic cleaning supplies. We had a great a great stay and all the mattresses were nice

Perfect Size House for Our Group

Our group of 8 older women really liked the number of beds and bathrooms, as well as the common areas of the house. There was plenty of parking for our four cars. There was no lack of supplies as stated in the description. The owner communicated with us multiple times the week before our stay;however, it was a bit too much, as each message was the same—a reiteration of the lengthy list of rules, do’s and dont’s. Considering we stayed off-season when the pool was closed, the correspondence was not always relevant to our stay. We liked the house. Comments from the ladies included: beds were very soft; pillows were less than comfortable, better lighting, especially in the bathrooms would be helpful;the refrigerator did not make ice and had a piece of the inside missing; there was no towel bar in the 3rd floor bathroom and one towel bar on the 2nd floor was rusty and left rust residue on the white towel. The automatic light in the garage stairwell came on when someone was halfway up the stairs. Thank you for loaning us the house for a long weekend!
