- Noise: Hall County’s Noise Control regulations (Official Code, Chapter 8.8) limit loud noise and music, especially at night. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum
- Occupancy: Our short-term rental permit allows a maximum of 9 occupants, though we advertise accommodations for 8
- Violating these rules can result in a $500 fine to the homeowner, which may be charged to the guest
