Welcome to Playmore by the River, our family’s cherished cabin retreat located along the peaceful Nottley River in Murphy, North Carolina. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin offers the perfect escape for multi-family vacations, weekend getaways, or simply unwinding in the beauty of the mountains.

The cabin features two master bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. One of the master suites includes a dedicated workspace, making it easy to work remotely if needed. There’s also a cozy bunk room perfect for kids, a separate bedroom with two twin beds, and a lower level with a queen futon and its own full bathroom, giving everyone room to spread out. With four full bathrooms throughout the home, your group will have the privacy and convenience you need.

Outdoors, you’ll love the stunning river views from the massive deck and patio, both comfortably furnished for dining, lounging, and afternoon naps. The relaxing hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. You can fish from the riverbank or at the nearby neighborhood pond, float down the river in a tube, or kayak all the way to Ranger Park. For outdoor cooking, the cabin also includes a 28-inch Blackstone griddle—perfect for breakfast, burgers, or evening cookouts.

Inside, the full kitchen is stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, and the large dining table provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. For indoor entertainment, the cabin includes Roku TVs, multiple video game systems, and a wide selection of board games. During the cooler months, cozy up by one of the two gas fireplaces and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
