Villa Cesira is a brand new villa with swimming pool for exclusive vacations in Puglia, in the heart of Salento.
All the main accessories are present: air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, washing
machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets,
safe, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, electric
kettle, etc.

Villa
Cesira stands in a large fenced property, equipped with an automatic
gate and space for internal car parking. The villa is surrounded by the
greenery of Puglia`s olive groves and orchard.
The villa has a large pool area where you can spend relaxing days, and a spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining.
The interior of Villa Cesira is on 3 levels. A porch with columns in leccese stone introduces the ground floor where the sleeping area is located.
An entrance hall with sofas and pool view leads to the hallway along which open 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom
with single beds. On this floor there are also 2 full shower rooms and
various external accesses from which the pool area can be reached.
Internal stairs lead to the basement floor. Here there is a very bright living room with
glass windows from which the pool area is easily reached. The living
room is furnished with dining room, large open kitchen, TV and
relaxation area.
External stairs lead to the upper floor where a large terrace overlooking the pool is furnished for spending time outdoors with a porch, table and chairs, washstand, hoist to bring food from the basement.

Villa Cesira stands in the green Salento countryside, just 1 km from the center of the small town of Muro Leccese where all the main services are located.
The beautiful tourist and historical city of Otranto is just 14 km away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 65 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
