The villa is spread over two floors with interiors carefully designed to combine space, style, and comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, a dining area, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also an additional guest toilet on this level.



The upper floor houses 4 double bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Please note that the ensuite bathroom has a glass door which is fully transparent. We inform you of this in advance for privacy considerations.



Outside, the villa boasts a sleek private pool (2.90 x 9.82 m) surrounded by a terrace furnished with a Balinese bed and chill-out seating, making it the perfect spot to relax or enjoy an outdoor barbecue.



For larger groups, Villa Cuc can be combined with the neighboring Villa Pau, offering even more space and privacy for your getaway.
