Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, whilst on the ground floor there is an additional bedroom, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs.



On the ground floor we also find a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen, integrated next to the living-dining room, creating an open and welcoming space to share group moments. Additionally, the villa has a practical guest toilet.
