This traditional rustic two-family house is located in the countryside, just a 10-minute drive from the town of Inca, which offers a variety of commercial districts and where you can find good leather and shoe factories and shops. On the other hand, it's just 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Can Picafort.

The property has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there are two additional bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area leads to a very comfortable living room with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a DVD player.

From the kitchen, you can access a large terrace with stunning panoramic views of orange groves, neighboring villages, and even the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. The terrace features a convenient stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the magnificent views.

Next to the barbecue and terrace area is a saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and having fun with friends or family on hot summer days.
