"We decided to add a couple of days to our Crystal River vacation and headed south to find a beach for our two dogs. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bonus was the fenced back yard where our pups could spend some time without worrying about them running off. The beach toys that were supplied made our days at the Venice dog beach very enjoyable."

"The odor of dampness lingers but everything was clean and very nice. The master bed has a sleep number mattress that doesn't adjust. The right side is stuck at 25, and the left side is stuck at 45. It's very soft. It was not comfortable for us. The pillows were also lacking in support. I unfolded sleeper, sofa, and it was not any better. The bathroom is lovely and clean. "This is our second year staying with Herby for memorial weekend and both times have been excellent. Everything was as listed and better in person.
