Welcome to villa Casa Mediterranéo with private pool and all the luxury you want. Peace and space around you and yet so close to all the relaxation possibilities of this beautiful region; the Costa Calidá.
Casa Mediterranéo has satellite TV; your favorite channel is always present. Moreover, there is fast internet via WIFI in and around the villa.
An evening of delicious barbecuing; the barbecue is ready for you!
If you do not like the existing air conditioning; sufficient ceiling fans are installed in the villa for a wonderful indoor climate.
Casa Mediterraneo is fenced and has its own parking space on the property.
Rarely traffic; only destination traffic. This is limited to a few cars per day.
Games and books are available in the house.

Interior Casa Mediterraneo: Living room: Heating / air conditioning, fireplace, sitting and dining area, radio, t. v. (with Dutch channels), bookcase with various books and games.

Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster div. kitchen utensils, dishes and kitchen linen.

Bathroom: Toilet, bidet, shower, sink towels, washcloths and guest towels tip: bring your own beach towels !!

Bedrooms: 3 in total. Master bedroom with box spring mattresses. Also large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom with two single beds large fitted wardrobes with sufficient bedding iron and shelf vacuum cleaner. Tower room with a cozy double bed.

Terrace / Swimming pool: sunbeds, hammock, parasol, outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a spacious tiled terrace. Jacuzzi jets built into the pool.

Terrace / pergola: Wooden duo-seat (east side). Wooden seating area consisting of 2 chairs, sofa and table (rear).
Also outside a dining table for 6 people.

Access: You leave Alicante airport,
Follow the signs for Murcia.
You do this by following the road numbers A7 (E-15) in the direction of Murcia.
After about 15 minutes you will reach Murcia via this motorway.
Pay attention here !!!
Here the road splits; you keep right in the direction of Almeria / Granada.
You keep following the road and take the exit 'Bahia Mazarron'.
After ten minutes you follow the 'Mazarron' exit.
Now continue until the Country Club exit (salida 20).
You go over the highway and then cross the roundabout and drive several hundred meters in the opposite direction on the service road along the highway.
You will see the driveway of the resort right now.
With the map of the resort you receive after your booking, you can now look up your holiday home.

On the route planner you can enter Avenida Victoria Mazarron.

Region: Visit the beautiful beaches in the vicinity of your villa with bays where you only have your family with a family all day long.
Go to Bolnuevo and park your car on the beach and you have a wonderful day with views of the 'sand sculptures' and with thirst there is always a bar / terrace nearby.
Also a market visit in one of the villages is definitely worth it.
For nature and 'wild' you go to the Sierra Espuña; a wonderful day in mountains with a good chance to encounter gems.
How about the cities of Cartagena, Lorca and Murcia; certainly do !!
Stroll along the new promenade of Puerto de Mazarron with its new marina and wonderful restaurants.
In short, this undiscovered region of Spain with its nice people is definitely worth it.
Cycling and walking around the corner of the villa ........... you walk or drive into nature.
