A well-equipped kitchenette is also located on this level, complete with 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. The property includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. A large, partly roofed terrace extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a marvellous view of the sea.
