You have a private, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available, and airport transfer can be arranged for an extra fee.



Enjoy panoramic sea views from your private, covered natural stone terrace, stretching to Capo Ferrato, while dining on meals from your own barbecue. An outdoor shower provides comfort after a day at the beach. The villa features typical wooden ceilings and dark wood furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere, with turquoise and blue accents adding a splash of color.



A shared parking area is available on the property, but please note you reach the house via 50 steps from the parking lot. A tennis court is within walking distance. Events are not permitted on the property.

The villa is in a quiet location under pine trees, where a gentle breeze provides pleasant shade and coolness. In the center of Costa Rei, you’ll find many restaurants, shops, and from May to September, a weekly market with Sardinian specialties, fresh organic produce, and local crafts.
