Located in Muravera, Sarrabus, this 74 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The sleeping area is in a separate wing from the bathroom and kitchen, which are accessible via a private outdoor area with washing machine and a relaxation zone with sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a capsule coffee machine. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, private TV, and self check-in. For families, a crib, high chair, and stroller for evening walks in town are provided.



Outside, you’ll find a private patio with a lounge area, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Upstairs, the panoramic terrace awaits—ideal for evening barbecues with your private grill and unwinding on poufs after dinner.



Private parking is available in a fenced area about 5 minutes’ walk from the property, accessible by key. Please note: this parking is only available from April to October. During winter months (November to March), this option is not available. Smoking is not allowed inside. Events and parties are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.



The apartment is in the historic center, just 2 minutes’ walk from the main square. Nearby you’ll find a pharmacy, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, and a playground. The area is peaceful and close to beautiful southeast coast beaches like San Giovanni, Colostrai, Feraxi, Costa Rei, and Villasimius. The square often hosts concerts and evening events organized by local associations and the municipality.
