This breathtaking five-bedroom villa sleeps 12 people in comfort, perfect for the whole family. Built-in the traditional Gozan style with beautiful archways showcasing stunning rooms the villa offers a beautiful modern living space.

The three-tier terrace offers panoramic views of the verdant valley below. On the first level, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor dining area and separate seating area. A flight of stairs leads you to the sun loungers and then onto the large private swimming pool with its own grotto! What a perfect place to soak in the sun, dine al-fresco or for a glass of wine in the evening.

Inside, the contemporary kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwater and coffee machine making for an effortless holiday. The adjoining dining area holds a large dining table seating eight. The well-furnished living area seats up to six people with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and large French windows that overlook the terrace. A central courtyard in the centre of the villa provides a beautiful quiet space.

Location
The villa is in the village of Munxar on the Western side of Gozo. Munxar is a small village with a town square with a small selection of regional shops selling local produce and restaurants. Close to Munxar and a short car journey away you’ll find the beautifully rugged west coast and the famous Xlendi bay and Cliffs. Popular for its beach and shallow waters.

The island can be conveniently travelled by car and public transport. Historical tours, treks and water sports can be conveniently booked and reached anywhere on the island. Victoria the capital of Gozo is a 5-minute car journey, here you’ll find many bars and restaurants as well grocery stores and the Island’s main Farmer’s market. Victoria is also home to the famous Citadel. Victoria has many museums and tours dedicated to the history of Gozo and Malta. Mgarr Harbour is 15 minutes away by car, home to the ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport.

The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny. The remarkably mild winters with piercing blue skies make it ideal for long rambles in the lush and verdant countryside.
