Bedrooms | Both bedrooms include a double bed (one of them having an en-suite) and we also can prepare sofa bed in the living room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups of friends.
Kindly note that sofabed can take up to two additional guests and linens and towels will be included accordingly.
Bathrooms | Both the ensuite bathroom and the second bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a guest toilet accessible from the living area.

By Car: Renting a car is the easiest way to explore Gozo. The apartment includes a dedicated garage space, and the island's well-maintained and signposted roads make driving straightforward.
Public Transport: Regular bus services connect to major towns and attractions. The main bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment, making public transport a convenient option.
You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.
Ferries: For trips to Malta, the Gozo Channel Ferry operates regular services between Mgarr (Gozo) and Cirkewwa (Malta), with Mgarr just a short drive from Żebbuġ.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
