"Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property.
