Dear VRBO,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent booking in Munich, as the accommodation provided did not meet the expectations or the details outlined at the time of booking.To recap our experience:The original VRBO booking was canceled one week prior to our arrival, after I contacted the owner, yet no formal cancellation was made. I was redirected to an Airbnb listing for a different property, which was never officially booked.The new house was located in a completely different part of the city, with fewer bedrooms and bathrooms than originally booked.The listing stated that parking was included; however, upon arrival, the parking was unavailable, and we received tickets.Access instructions provided did not work, causing delays and inconvenience.The apartment was previously occupied by bad tenets, and we encountered issues with garbage still present from past tenants, as well as tense interactions with other residents.The property lacked the amenities important to us, such as a pool, BBQ, large dining/gathering room, and bathrooms with showers, which were part of our initial plans.Overall, these issues significantly impacted our trip and caused considerable frustration and inconvenience. Given these circumstances, I believe a refund is justified, and I kindly ask you to process this at your earliest convenience.Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation from my side.
