La Mansion Vivadi enjoys a prime location in Schwabing, one of Munich’s most popular and undeniably posh boroughs. The area offers an impressive breadth of cuisines, numerous supermarkets, and a lively, vibrant street scene just a short stroll away.
Our room, overlooking the street, was generously sized and equipped with all the essential amenities required for a comfortable night’s sleep, along with a perfectly adequate bathroom. That said, guests should not expect high‑tech fittings or ultra‑modern features. Parking can be a little tricky, though anyone accustomed to driving on the right will likely find it easier than I did as a UK driver.
The staff were consistently courteous, with special thanks to Hans, who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. A few minor maintenance points—such as a slow‑flushing toilet, a slightly misaligned shower screen that allowed water to escape, and the absence of a smart TV—did not detract significantly from our stay but are worth noting for completeness.
Overall, La Mansion Vivadi offers comfort, warmth, and an enviable location in one of Munich’s most charming neighbourhoods.
