Holiday home in Munich with Wi-Fi

It's a very beautiful house with a great view of the green surroundings. The large windows allow plenty of light into the apartment. The holiday home consists of a kitchen, entrance, staircase, guest toilet, and a living room on the ground floor with a large terrace and a small garden area. Upstairs, you'll find the newly renovated bathroom with a shower and double sink, a separate toilet, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, a small room with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a small room with a single bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The idyllic garden with a large terrace and the beautiful furnishings give it a unique Mediterranean flair.

The location is very convenient, as the apartment is close to the S8 airport train station, providing quick access to the city center (approx. 15 minutes). The S8 train station is a 5-8-minute walk, depending on your speed. You can also quickly reach the Munich Trade Fair Center by car (approx. 8 minutes), as well as the city center (15-20 minutes). Furthermore, a bus departs directly from the front door for various directions (U4, city center, and also to the exhibition center).

During the construction and furnishing of the apartment, care was taken to ensure that no harmful materials were used, and the mattresses are new and protected against dust mites. Of course, we also have bed linens suitable for allergy sufferers.
