Welcome to our 100 sqm-penthouse. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful view, a big living room, 2 cozy bedrooms with baby cot, good equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, rain-shower and whirlpool-bathtub. It is located close to the worldā€™s biggest spa ā€œTherme Erdingā€, the airport Munich and the train to Munich main station/fair. Welcome to our 100 sqm-penthouse. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful view, a big living room, 2 cozy bedrooms with baby cot, good equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, rain-shower and whirlpool-bathtub. It is located close to the worldā€™s biggest spa ā€œTherme Erdingā€, the airport Munich and the train to Munich main station/fair. The apartment is on level 4 in an apartment building and offers a lot of space. In the living room you can choose between the nice view outside the window, the huge TV (with DVD-player and DVD-collection) or the aquarium with happy fish inside. The kitchen includes oven, big refrigerator and dish-washing machine as well as electric kettle, toaster and Senseo-coffeemaker (including coffee-pads). Kitchen towels, salt, pepper, sugar, flour & spices and basics like vinegar and oil are there ā€“ have fun cooking! The bathrooms are equipped with a whirlpool-bathtub and a rain-shower as well as two separate toilets. Towels, hairdryer, soap and shower gel are there. You can also use the washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. In the sleeping room you will find two double beds (160cm)and one Baby cot as well as closets for your clothes. Further guest can use two comfortable air beds and place them in sleeping and living room. You will also have access to WIFI and a writing desk for office work. In most of the cases we will not be able welcome you personally. Just give us a short call, when you are standing in front of the house door ā€“ we will open it for you. We will also provide you with a code for the apartment door on level 4. In the apartment you will find a key for the house door ā€“ please take care of it. In case of any question or requests you can always reach us on our mobiles and we will be happy to take our time to help you. The worldā€™s biggest spa ā€“ Therme Erding ā€“ (1,6km) , train-station Altenerding (1,8km) and shopping facilities are in walking distance. You will find shops like Media-Markt, Hagebaumarkt, Norma, Aldi, Feneberg, DM, Sportsdirect, TK-Maxx, Depot and many more just around the corner. The distance to airport Munich is only 15 minutes by car. Erding city center is only 1,7 km away. For swimming, nice walks and running we recommend the Kronthaler Weiher which is only 4 km away from the apartment. Public transportations: The train S2 from Altenerding needs 40 minutes to Munich main station and 47 minutes to the fairground. The bus to the airport needs 30 minutes. Car: There are plenty of parking lots around the apartment. Usually, you will need about 15 minutes by car to the airport and about 25 minutes to the fairground. If anything is not to your satisfaction, just let us know and we will take care of it. Please do only smoke on the balcony, you will find an ashtray there.

Schƶne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr groƟ und schƶn Ausgestattet. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Wir haben dort sehr gut geschlafen. Auch die Lage zur Stadt bzw. zur S-Bahn ist top. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und problemlos.

super tolle groƟzĆ¼gige Ferienwohnung mit allen was man braucht - gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet - sogar mit einen schƶnen Aquarium. Sehr nette Gastgeber, leider hatten wir nur telef. Zum Besuch der Therme ideal.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Therme ist innerhalb von 15min zu FuƟ zu erreichen und auch SupermƤrkte waren in 20min Umkreis problemlos zu finden. Ausreichend Platz fĆ¼r 3-4 Personen ist definitiv vorhanden. Wir wĆ¼rden wiederkommen.

the property was great, the location was awesome, the only trouble was checking in, the code had been changed and we had to make several calls before being able to enter the property, that was the only problem, otherwise all was great, love from Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal

Saubere u voll ausgestatte Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichtĀ“s, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr viel Platz. Perfekt fĆ¼r einen Thermenaufenhalt mit Ɯbernachtung. Trockner, WƤschestƤnder, BĆ¼cher, Filme alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt in dieser tollen Unterkunft, die Vermieter waren immer gut zu erreichen und sehr nett. Wochenende in Erding

Wir waren zu 8 Personen in der Ferienwohnung, es stand ein Besuch in der Therme an. Wir waren sehr positiv Ć¼berrascht, wie gut diese Ferienwohnung ausgestattet ist. Das es dort HandtĆ¼cher und BettwƤsche gab, fanden wir auch sehr gut. Wir haben unser Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.

Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wohnung sauber, gerƤumig und alles so wie in der Objektbeschreibung aufgefĆ¼hrt. Kleine MƤngel nur im Detail, z.B. kƶnnte der Duschkopf mal eine Entkalkung vertragen. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Tolle Wohnung in der NƤhe der Therme

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (u. a. mit Balkon und einem Whirlpool) und hƤlt, was sie verspricht. Sie liegt in der NƤhe der Therme und eines groƟen Einkaufscentrums. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfektionieren kƶnnte man allenfalls das Bett, da es keinen guten Lattenrost aufweist. Ich habe mich sehr gut erholt und kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Es hat uns 8 Freunden sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und wir hatten nichts zu bemƤngeln. Vor der Anreise und auch wƤhrend der Reise konnten wir jederzeit mit dem Vermieter problemlos kommunizieren. Daumen hoch!

Urlaub zum rundum wohlfĆ¼hlen

Wir haben uns in der gerƤumigen, gut ausgestatteten und sehr gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Alles war perfekt und auch an Kleinigkeiten die man fĆ¼r einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht wurde gedacht. Auch die An- und Abreise haben unsere Vermieter vƶlligst unkompliziert gestaltet. Schade, daƟ wir nur 4 Tage Zeit hatten, hier wƤren wir gerne lƤnger geblieben. Vielen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super schicke Wohung und nette Vermieter!

Wir waren zu siebt Ć¼ber Silvester in Erding und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist toll, schƶn eingerichtet und richtig sauber. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert. Platz ist auf jeden Fall genug, auch fĆ¼r sieben Leute. Allerdings ist sie nicht ganz gĆ¼nstig (besonders fĆ¼r Studenten :P) und eines der Luftbetten verliert recht viel Luft, sodass man morgens auf dem Boden liegt. Ansonsten war wie gesagt alles top und wie beschrieben. :)
