4-Room Apartment with Garden, Balcony and Fireplace close to Munich

4 Room Apartment with a lovely tiled wood stove, a balcony and garden close to Munich City. The cozy apartment is located in a rural residential area; 25 minutes from Munich City, about 10 minutes to the fair and 20 minutes from the airport.
The renovated apartment is well equipped and has a living room with a fireplace and 3 bedrooms.
The apartment is located in Pliening near Munich. It is spacious, with modern furniture and rural flair.
Pure relaxation in an environment with 100% 5 * ratings for cleanliness. Thorough cleaning and disinfection before every check-in.
Car is recommended; Private Parking is available for free in front of the house.

Equipment:
- A living room with a big and very comfortable couch, a leather armchairs/stool where you can relax in front of a beautiful wood stove and a big Smart TV with international channels and Netflix.
- Three (3) bedrooms: All equipped with double bed or king-size. Additional beds and a cot for kids will be provided if required. Fresh bed linen for all rooms will be supplied.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with washing machine. Fresh towels will be provided
- An additional separate WC
- A roomy balcony with sitting area and nice view of the countryside
- From there you can get down to the lovely private garden (used exclusively by our guests) with a cozy pavilion, a swing and a sand box for kids. You can have a barbecue there or just rest and enjoy the quietness.
- A very nice pool view from the balcony. Pool is not part of the rented apartment. However it can be used on request and if possible for one day during the stay (min. 7 days).

Apartment is very bright and absolutely quiet, at the same time close to Munich and its international trade fair. Apartment location is about 5 minutes drive to the train station. From there you need about 25 minutes to Marienplatz. Airport is about 20 minutes drive. International fair is about 10 minutes drive.

Free Parking is available in front of the house (space exclusive for guests). The apartment is independent and situated on the 1st floor of our house.
We live in the apartment situated in the ground floor.

WiFi (high speed) at no charge is available in the whole apartment, balcony and garden.

Good shopping facilities in the neighborhood.
Restaurants: Bavarian house, Mexican Restaurant, Italian (Pizzeria) and more.

You can use our bicycles (as long as available) to discover the surroundings at no charge. A very nice deer park is located about 6 min driving. The very famous Therme Erding (one of the biggest spa and water parks in the world) is about 15 min driving away.

There are 3 buses that pass regularly and connect to 2 train stations that go directly to Munich. So it is not far at all.
A car is recommended, but not indispensable.
Driving times:
To A99 5 min, to A94 10 min.
To the train (S-Bahn) 4 min, to the metro (U-Bahn) 10 min. You need 25 min to get to Marienplatz with the train. If needed, I can drive you to the station. Bus stop is about 1 min walking.

The communication prior to our arrival was very good and we could arrive at 10 pm without any problem. We were welcomed by Nadia who was very nice and she left us 4 apples, water and chips and we found a clean apartment. Nevertheless, we were a bit disappointed by our experience. The ad mentions that it is a wonderful place, spacious, near Munich downtown. We did not find it wonderful… Regarding the space, when we were seated in the kitchen (we were 2 adults and 4 children), it was very difficult to open the fridge door without standing up. To go to MarienPlatz, we had to take our car (5 mn drive) and then 30 mn to go to MarienPlatz so it was at least 40-45 mn to go to Munich downtown. Unfortunately, it was very hot during our stay but we could not open the windows because of a very strong smell outside (from the bins located at the ground floor but also from the manure in the fields). Finally, we found the apartment expensive.

The house was very clean and located in a quaint area. Food within walking distance was also very nice. Hosts were so helpful with transport to and from the metro as well as airport. This was a very nice alternative to staying inside the city while visiting Munich, even for Oktoberfest!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Studierenden, die für die IAA Mobility als Aussteller in München waren. Hierfür war die Unterkunft super, zur Messe benötigt man mit dem Auto 15min. Auch die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We stayed a week here and it was wonderful! It was so clean and cozy, everything we needed was available. Love that we could walk to the bakery every morning and even to so local restaurants. Nadia and Mohammed were so kind and helpful. We had trouble getting our car out every day just because we aren’t used to having to drive in such tight spaces. So I would stand behind the car and hand signal to my husband so he could back out lol I’m sure it was a sight to see. But everything was wonderful! I very much appreciated having the use of a washing machine for the week, I meant I didn’t have to pack nearly as much. Also, loved that they provided a great strong blow dryer so that I didn’t have to pack that either. Our family of six had plenty of space to relax and unwind from the day’s adventures and sleep comfortably. 100% glad we were able to stay there! Thanks for everything Nadia & Mohammed

Mohamed met us at the apartment right away. He was so friendly and helpful during the entire stay. We loved the beautiful apartment, sun shining through the windows everyday so light and bright inside. The apartment is in a nice quite area tucked away from the main road. The beds were all so comfortable and the place was so cozy when using the fireplace at night. We walked to the cute little authentic bakery every other day. Restaurants all within walking distance or short drive. We had a car which made it very easy to drive 5 minutes to a free park and ride to catch the train. Our overall stay was just wonderful. We fully intend to come back and stay again having Mohamed and Nadia as our hosts. Would highly recommend!

Location, location, location—add a large dose of hospitality to the benefits of the location, and you have the making of a GREAT vacation! If you’re looking for the perfect location to stage trips into Bavaria, this is the place! It’s convenient to the airport and the Autobahn, and whether you prefer public transport or driving, you can’t go wrong. We spent almost two weeks doing our best to make our 15-year-old’s first trip to Germany a memorable experience and, thanks to Nadia and her husband’s great hospitality and guidance, the only challenge we faced was when my wife slept through our train stop. We highly recommend this Bavarian gem!

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung, dem Inserat entsprechend eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft schön temperiert und mit kleinen Willkommensgaben vorbereitet. Alles in allem war es eine sehr gute Entscheidung die Wohnung den Hotels vorzuziehen.

Wir waren Austeller auf einer Messe in München und haben uns dann die Ferienwohnung von Nadia gemietet. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit Nadia, die uns auch freundlicherweise zur Messe gefahren hat, lief reibungslos! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Als fünfköpfige Familie hatten wir eine Top-Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und entspannt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne!

Wir haben 4 tolle, erholsame Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Pliening verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top augestattet. Unsere Kinder waren total happy.... Mit der S-Bahn geht es schnell nach München rein und auch in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei der Therme Erding. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Fewo auch nur weiter empfehlen. LG Regi

Eine wunderschöne, gemütliche, saubere und voll eingerichtete Wohnung zwischen München und Erding. Es ist einfach alles da. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, denen selbst kleinste Details zum Wohle der Gäste wichtig sind. Diese Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung gehabt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und versucht auch Extrawünsche zu erfüllen. Kann diese Wohnung ohne Bedenken wirklich weiter empfehlen. 5* plus :)
