"This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday and water and toiletries replenished regularly. The breakfast had a superb variety and the waiters were always there to serve you with whatever you wanted. The Safron Spice restaurant food is of a very high standard and there is often no need to go else where to dine. We ate only at the hotel to avoid any health issues. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff.
