"Booked a non-smoking room. Our room was very smoky smelling. We reported it to the front desk upon arrival and asked for another room. The hotel was fully booked so no other room available. No discounts or accommodations were given for getting a smoked in room when booking and paying for a non smoking room. Poor customer service in our opinion."

"Let me start say the Hotel was very clean the lobby the hallway and the room parking lot overall was just awesome Staff very nice and helpful and very very peaceful and quiet. 5 Star all the way through"

"Floor had so many bleach spots, sheets had a few stains on it, floor was dirty, room service never came to clean the room nor replace new towels or toilet paper. The staff were super friendly but then cleanliness was not good at all."
