This three bedroom, beach front property sits directly on the tropical white sands of Gibbs Beach. It hosts 3500 ft² of spacious living, great for friends and family. It has been tastefully decorated and features cool tropical colors.

The open plan Living room features comfy sofas, study and a well-appointed, modern, brand new kitchen with all the comforts of home sits in the center of the house. The spacious living room patio doors open onto a covered dining terrace, perfect for casual dining with a view or just relaxing with a favorite book.

The deck is the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset, while sipping cocktails or a glass of wine. This property is the epitome of barefoot luxury, with drinks in your hand, toes in the sand, it is the ideal location to relax and enjoy a hassle free vacation. There is also a Bbq Grill, beach chairs, sun loungers and a garden shower. There is a gate opening directly onto the white sands of Gibbs Beach and house is designed to offer a unique atmosphere.

The TV room just outside the Master bedroom provides comfortable indoor lounging and relaxing in front of the large flat-screen TV.
