"Very nice modern hotel with very spacious rooms. It has a separate seating area as well as desk & bed. Was very convenient for us as we were attending a wedding which was very nearby."

"The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you."

"Only one disabled parking spot for a 60-room hotel. They allowed people without disabled parking permits to use the only available disabled parking place. I raised this with management and they didn't care. I am disabled and need a disabled parking place. No convenience items in the rooms. You have to buy them from a vending machine, for example toothbrush is $7 x 4 of us = $28, can of coke $5.50. small water $3.50... no microwave or toaster in the room, the soap provided was like a bar of wax,...

"it's basic accommodation which is a little dated but provides value for money in a location that is very suitable for me, with an abundance of parking readily available. Nice and friendly, personalised and caring. "
