• Maximum overnight occupancy is eight registered guests.

• Reservations with five or more guests are subject to an additional fee of $25 per person, per night.

• No more than 15 total people may be present on the property at any time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.

• The occupancy limit applies to the house, porch, patios, and outdoor areas.

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM.

• Checkout is before 12:00 PM.

• Parties and unauthorized large gatherings are not permitted.

• Please respect the working cattle ranch, livestock, gates, equipment, and private areas.

• Children must be supervised outdoors.

• A carbon monoxide alarm is not currently listed among the available property amenities.
