"Because the price of this hotel is lower than most others in the area I can forgive the lack of heat, and thin walls. It's an old building that has slanting floors, and is very tired. The room was clean with clean towels and soap, the water was hot and the location is very convenient for catching a ferry."

"A group of us had reserved our rooms in March for our stay in Sept. we all requested rooms on the ground floor. When we arrived only 1/2 of us got ground floor rooms. In our room there was no soap bars, no shampoo or conditioner, no dish soap. We had a kitchenette room - no kettle, no wine glasses, no salt or pepper, very little pots that were dirty. The shower was an unstable temperature- hot then cold then hot again. The motel is on a very very noisy street & traffic noise was really bad!...

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and neat They can upgrade their towels, little worn and not very soft. Bed was comfortable. Other than that it was very nice."
