Close to Montpellier and the beaches, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.

Ground floor:

Upstairs (1st floor):
• Master bedroom: king-size bed (180x200), double dressing room, TV, private desk. Ensuite bathroom with corner balneotherapy bathtub and double sink.
• Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed, dressing room, desk (street view)
• Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm) + single extra bed (80 cm foam mattress)
• Large shower room with walk-in shower and 120 cm sink
• Full laundry room: washing machine, dryer, steam iron station, dressing room
• 3 separate toilets, all with hand basins
Outside:
• Private courtyard with no overlooking neighbors and access to our saltwater pool (7x4m, 1.40 m deep, with steps but no beach area).
• Large table for 8 people with electric plancha, perfect for summer meals, and a shaded garden lounge for aperitifs or coffee.

A cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the house in a decent state.
